You can use the Password-Protected Directories icon inside of the plesk control panel.
Step 1: Login to the control panel and click the Password-Protected Directories icon.
Step 2: Click the Add Protected Directory Icon to set a directory to have password protection. Type the directory you would like password protected along with a title that will be disaplayed when the directory is accessed. Click ok.
Step 3: Click on the directory you just added. You can then click the Add a User icon to add login credentials.
